About the Role As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and wider support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will be instrumental in helping students access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
