Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers across multiple retail locations to deliver outstanding guest experiences and achieve ambitious sales targets.
2. Take full accountability for sales, profit, and stock performance within your area. Identify opportunities, implement trading initiatives, and ensure delivery against key KPIs.
3. Use a hands-on coaching approach to build confident, high-performing leaders through structured training and on-the-job development.
4. Partner with store teams to deliver engaging retail activations, events, and experiences that drive guest engagement and conversion.
5. Ensure visual standards, compliance, and operational efficiency across all stores. Manage store openings, refurbishments, and new initiatives with precision and energy.
6. Work collaboratively with recruitment and scheduling teams to ensure the right people are in the right roles, fostering growth and career progression within the business.
7. Act as a key point of contact for operational performance and feedback, championing best practices and sharing insights to enhance retail operations.
