Multisite Operations Manager - (Compliance & Projects)
Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a leading hospitality and leisure organisation who are looking to recruit a Multisite Operations Manager to join their team in East Grinstead.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced multi-site operations professional to lead a central support function within a nationwide network.
This is not a general operations role - you will take ownership of project compliance, building documentation, and administrative governance across multiple sites, ensuring that all site improvement works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with legal requirements. You will also oversee a team, ensuring strong communication across the business and full compliance with key standards.
Salary and benefits:
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Location: East Grinstead
9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing multi-site team
Oversee CDM 2015 compliance and ensure all project documentation meets required standards
Review and approve Pre-Construction Information (PCI) and Construction Phase Plans (CPP)
Support team development through training, coaching, and effective delegation
Manage team performance, appraisals, and day-to-day workload
Work closely with regional and head office teams to support site projects
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Collaborate with Procurement to support cost control and supplier performance
Act as a key stakeholder in project rollouts and stakeholder engagement
Deputise for senior management when requiredThe successful candidate will have:
