Senior Audit Manager
Location: Gatwick
Salary: £62,000 - £72,000 + Bonus & Cash Allowance
Following a meeting with the Partners of a Top 10 firm based in Gatwick, I am excited to work on several opportunities as the team experiences a period of exponential growth. They are looking to hire individuals at Senior Manager level who want long-term progression that is discussed from day one!

Your role as a Senior Audit Manager:
* Act as a key contact for the firm, working closely with Directors and Partners to oversee and develop a team of dedicated auditors.
* Liaise directly with clients across a range of corporate audit clients, including fast-growing OMBs and large PE-backed companies.
* Contribute to business proposals and help build new client relationships.
* Support departmental growth and identify opportunities for upselling.
What you'll need to succeed:
* ACA/ACCA Qualified or equivalent with post-qualification experience.
* At least 3 years of experience within a UK accountancy practice.
* Currently operating at a Senior Manager level with clear pathways to Director.
* Experience in business development, including identifying and converting opportunities.
* Strong knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, and International GAAS.
* Ability to manage and develop staff.
