Position Overview:
Job Summary:
As a Supply Chain Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain processes. You will be responsible for various tasks including purchase order management, maintaining database nodes in FuturMaster, generating and reporting packing lists, managing production files, updating inbound dates in Netsuite, overseeing warehouse transfers, and maintaining master data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Management:
* Create and amend purchase orders as per requirements.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of purchase order details including quantities, delivery dates, and pricing.
FuturMaster Database Management:
* Maintain nodes in FuturMaster software to accurately reflect inventory levels, production schedules, and other relevant data.
* Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless integration and accuracy of information.
Packing List Reporting:
* Generate and report packing lists for outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and internal standards.
Production File Maintenance:
* Organise and maintain production files, including but not limited to production schedules, quality control documents, and supplier communications.
Netsuite Management:
* Change and add inbound dates in Netsuite system to reflect updated delivery timelines and ensure alignment with production schedules.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues in Netsuite data.
Warehouse Transfers:
* Coordinate and oversee warehouse transfers between different locations, ensuring timely and accurate movement of inventory.
* Monitor and track transfer processes to minimise disruptions and optimise inventory management.
Master Data Management:
* Maintain accuracy and integrity of master data including product specifications, supplier information, and pricing details.
* Regularly review and update master data records to reflect any changes or updates.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in supply chain operations with a focus on purchase order management, database maintenance, and logistics coordination.
* Proficiency in using supply chain management software such as FuturMaster and Netsuite.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data management and reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
