Overview
We are delighted to be representing our long-standing client as they recruit a Business Administrator into their team. This position has become available due to retirement, and we are therefore especially keen to speak to candidates who have short notice periods, or are available immediately. This is a full-time position, based in our clients offices located in Sheffield, S4.
Hours
The Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm

Responsibilities
* Processing customer orders using the in-house CRM system, handling customer enquiries via email and telephone
* Generating invoices and ensuring these have been paid on time
* Liaising with couriers
* Providing a first-class customer experience at all times
* Ensuring all orders are dispatched on time
* Updating the CRM system with customer records
* Providing administrative support to the wider team
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills whether via email or telephone
* Confident managing customer relationships
* Able to show a keen interest in learning the company’s products
* Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage a fast-paced workload
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Previous experience working within sales administration would be a real advantage
* Strong computer skills including the full suite of MS Office
* Experience of using Intact and Magento would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
