With our Client we are looking to appoint a Management Accountant – the role can be offered on a Part Time basis c 30 hours a week with flexible start and finish times. Our Client is looking for a proactive / self sufficient character who can work as part of a smaller / friendly and ‘can do’ team. The role will report to the Finance Controller and will initially be offered on a 12 months Fixed Term Contract. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT * Salary of c £35,000 – £40,000 pro rata for 30 hours * End of Contract Bonus * Flexible start and finish times * Study Support – if needed – AAT / ACCA / CIMA * 25 days Holidays PLUS Bank Holidays * On Site Car Parking * Kitchen Facilities / Refreshments SKILLS / EXPERIENCE NEEDED BY OUR CLIENT FOR THE PART TIME MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT ROLE Our Client is looking for someone who has previously worked as a Management Accountant and who will commit to a 12 months Maternity Cover – that may well be extended * Intermediate / Advanced Excel skills will be essential as our Client uses Excel for detailed Reporting and Analysis * Be able to plan and manage workloads and meet Monthly and Quarterly deadlines * Hands on experience of preparation of detailed Monthly Management Packs to include * Sales and Margin Reports * Aged Debt Reporting / ability to manage Cash Flow * Preparation of detailed Stock Analysis * Preparation of a range of Reconciliations – Bank and Stock * Preparation and submission of VAT Returns If you are interested in this job role please submit your application, alternatively you can give us a call to be the first to apply Due to the large number of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to every applicant.
