In this role, you will deliver engaging and practical learning experiences to individuals and groups, helping them understand and apply lean manufacturing principles within their workplaces. You will guide learners through process improvement strategies, waste reduction methods, and efficiency optimisation, while tailoring sessions to meet diverse learner needs. Key Responsibilities * Design and develop high-quality training materials, lesson plans, and curriculum content aligned with industry best practice. * Deliver interactive sessions on lean manufacturing principles, tools, and techniques using lectures, simulations, and real-world examples. * Teach key topics such as waste reduction, 5S, value stream mapping, standard work, visual management, and continuous improvement (Kaizen). * Introduce learners to tools like Kanban, JIT, TPM, SMED, and Six Sigma methodologies. * Facilitate practical exercises and projects to reinforce learning and real-world application. * Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback, coaching, and support. * Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging practices in lean manufacturing. * Collaborate with clients to tailor training to their specific needs and objectives. * Maintain accurate training records, learner feedback, and progress reports. Skills and Experience * In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and tools. * Experience in training delivery and instructional design, with an understanding of adult learning principles. * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. * Adaptability to adjust content and delivery based on learner needs. * Commitment to promoting a continuous improvement culture. * Excellent communication and coaching skills.
