About the role
The Partnership team work with governments and donor agencies on programmes designed for learners in a wide range of contexts, from mainstream state education to education in emergencies. Understanding the impact of our work helps us to identify what's working, adjust design to improve effectiveness, and work towards our mission of expanding access to high-quality education. The Education Reform Intern will work with the Education Solutions team in Partnership to help develop and enhance our approach to Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL).
As part of this role, you will:
1. support the Education Solutions team in collating and enhancing existing MEL tools
2. align and adapt tools in line with Partnership's MEL framework for future use
3. support ongoing MEL activities, which may include analysing data and conducting desk research, participating in planning activities or interviews
4. provide support for the Education Solutions team in embedding appropriate MEL approaches in new projects.
About you
You will be familiar with mixed methods research and comfortable analysing data. You will be passionate about the potential for high-quality K- education to open doors for young people.
