Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs? Long Term Futures is partnering with a specialist SEN college in the CV4 area of Coventry to bring on a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a further education setting that supports students aged 16-25 with a range of needs, including autism, sensory impairments, physical disabilities, and learning difficulties.

Your role will include:
* Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis in and outside of the classroom
* Assisting learners with accessing curriculum content, vocational training, and life skills
* Promoting independence, emotional regulation, and confidence
* Helping with personal care and mobility support, where appropriate
* Working as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside tutors, therapists, and support staff
We are looking for candidates who:
* Are patient, empathetic, and genuinely interested in working with young people with complex needs
* Have experience in SEN, care, or support work (informal or professional)
* Can work collaboratively and build trust with both students and colleagues
* Are flexible, reliable, and eager to learn
* Hold (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS certificate
