Senior RCA Coordinator

Main Purpose of the Job
We’re looking for a dynamic and detail‑oriented Senior RCA Coordinator to join our high‑performing process team. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves solving problems, and is always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to work — this role is for you.
You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by overseeing our RCA administration processes. You’ll be the go‑to person for all things RCAs, helping to drive performance, meet SLAs, and deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.
Position in Organisation
This role reports to the Systems Analyst with direction from the RCA Manager. This role is based in New Milton, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee the RCA administration process – Ensure that all required tasks are completed within the agreed SLAs.
* Be the Point of Contact – Deal with any escalated queries and enquiries related to team members’ availability, reschedule appointments, and keep everyone informed. Address queries relating to client purchase orders and billing information.
* Training – Assist with training new and existing team members to ensure they are adequately skilled for their roles.
* Support Operational Flow – Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date, to proceed with the completion of a job and proceed with billing.
* Drive Performance – Track SLAs and KPIs, flag bottlenecks, and work closely with surveyors and managers to keep the job pipeline moving.
Experience
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Creatio).
* Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
