A large national Property maintenance company, is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to be based at a large mobile site in and around the area of Walthamstow. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working.

We're looking for an Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our team covering North East London and Essex.
About the Role
As Electrical Qualifying Supervisor, you will lead a team of electricians, dealing with any queries relating to electrical installation and testing.
Ensuring your team is clear on their roles and responsibilities, you will assess resource requirements and support the management.
About You
You will be a time served Electrician with knowledge of social housing and health and safety. We're looking for those with good IT skills.
You'll be able to oversee a team of electricians with all compliancy.
You must hold a valid full clean UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
The desirable qualifications for this role are as follow:
Electrical Qualified Supervisor (QS)
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
Certification for the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Bs 7671
Inspection and Testing qualification (such as C&G 2391 or 2394 and 2395).
You also need at least two years of practical experience AM2 assessment of competence and a thorough understanding of the Building Regulations.Benefits
