Service Advisor required near the Dudley area.
1. Basic Salary in the region of £29,000 (DOE) + bonus!
2. Mon-Fri 8.00-5.30 with 1in4 Saturdays (8.30-12.30)

Key Responsibilities for the Service Advisor:
4. Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs
5. Perform vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns
6. Explain repairs and service options clearly and honestly
7. Provide accurate quotes and discuss recommended services with customers
8. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
9. Maintain up-to-date and accurate service records
10. Up-sell additional services where appropriate, maintaining customer satisfaction
11. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Service Advisor Requirements
12. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Strong organizational and time-management abilities
15. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
16. Knowledge of automotive terminology and diagnostics is advantageous
17. Customer-focused with a professional demeanor
18. Valid driver’s license.
