Day-to-day duties
* Supervising pupils and ensuring engagement with classwork
* Encouraging interaction and independence
* Establishing trust and managing behavior
* Assisting with tasks and providing feedback to teachers
* Supervising pupils before and after school and during breaks
Ideal Candidate
* Basic understanding of the national Key Stage Curriculum
* Knowledge of child development and learning
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to manage a wide range of lessons and pupils
* Confidence and empathy in handling sensitive issues
