Practice Information/BIM Manager Colchester up to £60k plus benefits Our client is looking for a Practice Information/BIM Manager to drive ISO 19650 compliance and elevate project delivery across BIM Level 2 projects. This role sits at the heart of digital strategy, quality assurance, and operational efficiency, shaping how information is managed and shared across the practice. The successful candidate will implement and maintain BIM standards, develop and oversee core documentation such as MIDPs, BEPs, IDPs, and COBie data schedules, and ensure consistency and quality across drawn outputs. You will lead the development of Revit, CAD, and BIM content, support design teams with training and guidance, and manage the central BIM Technician to streamline workflows and maintain high standards.
