Health Care Assistant, Nursing home Hours: 44 hours per week (Full-time or Part-time), permanent contract Shifts: * Day: 08:00 – 20:00 * Night: 20:00 – 08:00 * Includes weekends and bank holidays on rota Main Duties for Healthcare Assistant * Assist residents with personal care (washing, dressing, eating, mobility) * Support residents’ daily activities and independence * Follow individual care plans * Record notes such as food/fluid intake and daily observations * Respond to call bells and assist residents when needed Requirements for HCA * At least 1 year care experience preferred * Right to work in the UK * Good communication skills and interest in elderly care Benefits * Company pension * Free parking / on-site parking * Training and development opportunities Important: This role does NOT offer visa sponsorship
