The role:
All recruitment consultants begin as 180 delivery consultants for the first few weeks. We will train you to:
* Understand client requirements
* Find candidates via job boards and advertising
* Qualify candidates over the phone
* Manage candidates through interviews and hiring
* Build a personal brand on platforms like LinkedIn
Then, you will have the opportunity to go 360°, which involves:
* Working the full recruitment cycle
* Generating leads and building relationships to win new business
