Role Responsibilities
As a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee, you will embark on an exciting 6-month training programme immersing yourself in business operations and product knowledge. Upon completion, you will transition into a field-based role, managing client accounts and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and nurturing client relationships
* Researching and developing a pipeline of potential leads
* Qualifying leads and closing deals
* Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Representing the business as the first point of contact for potential clients
