What the Job Involves The Technical Surveyor is responsible for conducting design and technical appraisals of pre-construction activities within a term partnership, ensuring effective preparation of Tasks and Task Orders as part of the Investment Programme. You will scrutinize Client Briefs and Project Execution Plans from Service Providers to ensure compliance with the requirements and obligations defined in the Partnering Agreement. The role involves working collaboratively with Asset Strategy and Service Providers to develop tasks that address investment requirements, providing expert advice, and ensuring value for money for the HRA and Leaseholders. As the technical lead, you will be instrumental in developing design standards, responding promptly to technical queries, managing risks, and enhancing service delivery through continuous improvement initiatives.
