Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Consultant Trainee, you will be responsible for the following:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, web, and email support.
* Solving a wide range of technical issues for users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
* Managing a demanding workload while adhering to SLAs.
* Collaborating with third parties and logging tickets for vendor support and warranty claims.
* Researching and proactively communicating updates to clients.
* Identifying and preventing recurring issues.
* Managing changes with minimal risk to the client's operations.
* Possessing experience within Office 365 and the MS Office Suite.
* Knowledge of Active Directory and on-premises Microsoft Exchange solutions.
Qualifications:
* A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow your career.
* A qualification, or college level course/a degree in computer science, IT or related field is preferred, but not essential
