We have exclusively partnered with a leading design-led Furniture business to seek a Tender Manager to join an excellent team! This is a pivotal role supporting UK & International key accounts and driving the successful delivery of high-quality bids, tenders, and client engagements.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, detail-driven professional to sit at the heart of the commercial function, ensuring seamless project delivery from initial brief through to handover, enabling sales performance, and delivering best-in-class tender submissions aligned with brand standards.
THE ROLE
Working closely with International & UK Key Account Managers, you will own the end-to-end tender and bid process across four core areas:
Project & sales support
Manage projects end-to-end, from brief through to handover
Essential to Have Bid/Tender Co-Ordination Expertise
Support UK & International Account Managers in driving sales performance and identifying upselling opportunities
Lead the coordination of pitches, PQQs, RFPs, and tender submissions
Create high-quality, on-brand presentations and bid materials
Tendering & quotations
Produce accurate, timely quotations
Build competitive, compliant tender submissions covering pricing, specification, and scheduling
Manage tender portals, registrations, and access rights
Operations & coordination
Maintain CRM systems and client data
Coordinate samples, client meetings, and events
Act as a key liaison between Sales and Customer Service
Data & systems
Develop and manage product and account databases
Maintain documentation for pricing, agreements, and specifications
Utilise tools including Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, AutoCAD, and pCon
ABOUT YOU
Experience in sales support, bid coordination, or project coordination
Exposure to tendering or bid management processes
Background in furniture, interiors, or a design-led industry (preferred)
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation tools
Working knowledge of InDesign, AutoCAD, or similar (preferred)
Comfortable working with data, pricing, and structured documentation
