Assistant Team Manager - Learning Disability Team
Location: One Angel Square, Northampton
Hours: 37 hours per week
Rate: £38 per hour (umbrella) - non‑negotiable
Work Type: Mixture of office, home, and visits as required
Role Overview:
Provide oversight and leadership within the Learning Disability Team.
Ensure quality assurance of reviews and high standards of service delivery.
Assistant Team Manager - Adult Services
Location: Olympus House, Weston Favell, Northampton
Hours: Full‑time, 37 hours per week, Mon‑Fri 09:00‑17:00 (4 days with 30‑min lunch, 1 day with 1‑hour lunch)
Rate: £37 per hour (umbrella) - non‑negotiable
Duration: 6‑month secondment, with potential for extension due to an upcoming vacancy
Role Overview:
Provide leadership support within the Adult Services team.
Support team management and ensure smooth delivery of services during the secondment period.
