Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, ensuring they receive the best experience, and understanding the customer service measurement programme.
* Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, offering the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
* Maintain high visual and merchandising standards; keep the shop floor clean, stocked, and displays organized according to brand guidelines.
* Support store operations by assisting in other departments as needed; represent the company professionally and adhere to safety guidelines.
* Process sales transactions, including cash handling and card payments accurately.
* Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities; maintain stock levels and ensure shelves are organized and appealing.
* Address and resolve customer queries professionally; work with team members to achieve store targets.
* Contribute to achieving or exceeding the store’s monthly sales target and other KPIs (units, conversion, ATV, UPT); maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
