Children Registered Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Children Registered Manager to lead a newly established home designed for up to three young people with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties. The home is built on a Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP) framework, ensuring a therapeutic and nurturing environment focused on the well-being of its residents.
The manager will oversee daily operations, supported by a Deputy Manager and Senior Support Workers, maintaining high standards of care. The home is prepared for Ofsted registration, with positive relationships with the local authority, secured planning permissions, and completed registration paperwork, providing a strong foundation for success.
Requirements
* Experience managing an Ofsted-registered children's home, ensuring compliance and high care standards.
* Open to Deputy Managers aiming to progress into a Registered Manager role with leadership potential.
* Strong commitment to delivering quality care and fostering positive outcomes for children and young people.
* Valid Driving Licence.
