GSL Education are currently searching for a knowledgeable History Teacher to work in schools in the S11 area of Sheffield. As a History Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that help pupils understand key historical events, develop analytical skills, and build a deeper appreciation of the world through history. Key Duties: Plan and deliver high-quality History lessons in line with the curriculum. Encourage discussion, analysis, and evidence-based thinking. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Support enrichment activities related to history. Essential Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working as a History Teacher in a school setting. Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
