We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to take the lead across multiple Supported Living services in Manchester and Merseyside. This is a key leadership opportunity where your expertise and values will directly shape lives and inspire teams.
Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager
Lead and manage supported living services and outreach provision
Support individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs, and Physical Disabilities
Coach and develop Service Managers, Team Leaders, and frontline staff
Ensure regulatory compliance (CQC), safeguarding, and governance standards
Drive service quality, innovation, and positive outcomes for people supported
Oversee transitions, person-centred care planning, and new service development
Build strong partnerships with families, professionals, and external agencies
Use data and reporting tools to support efficient and safe service delivery
Be visible, proactive, and lead by example across all services
Registered Manager Requirements:
Experience as a Registered Manager or multi-site manager in social care
Proven success supporting individuals with complex needs and disabilities
A Level 4 or 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
A leadership style that is hands-on, people-focused, and values-led
Strong understanding of CQC requirements and quality assurance frameworks
Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
A positive track record with CQC inspections
