Your Journey & Responsibilities You will be mentored by experienced teachers, gaining hands-on experience across a unique crossover role between the Early Years (EYFS) and Year 1 classrooms: Curriculum Transition Support: Assist Year 1 pupils who are still working within the EYFS curriculum, ensuring they feel confident, supported, and never left behind as they move up. Classroom Support: Help deliver engaging, play-based and structured lessons tailored to early childhood development. Pupil Development: Lead small group activities to target learning gaps and boost children's confidence. Creative Resource Management: Help design vibrant classroom displays and active learning materials that bridge the transition between key stages. Holistic Well-being: Support the social, emotional, and spiritual growth of our pupils.
