What We're Looking For
* Genuine passion for working with children
* Positive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn and complete an Early Years qualification
* Reliable and committed approach to work
* Understanding of the importance of safeguarding and child wellbeing
* Previous childcare experience is beneficial but not essential

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
* Assisting with age-appropriate activities and play experiences
* Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
* Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Supporting daily routines including mealtimes, play, and learning activities
* Observing children's development and assisting with learning records
* Following safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery procedures
