Job Description:
Harte Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious property firm known for excellence in residential and commercial sales. They are seeking a driven, proactive, and organized Branch Coordinator to join their branch in Portsmouth and support its continued success.
This role is ideal for someone with a property background looking to move into a more office-based position. Knowledge of the property market is advantageous but not essential. The role is admin-focused, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The Package:
* £28,000 per annum with a discretionary bonus (higher for the right candidate)
* Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
* 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), with potential for additional leave and extra days over Christmas
* Free Parking in Portsmouth
The Branch Coordinator Role:
* Serve as the central point of contact in the office, ensuring smooth operations across sales and lettings
* Prepare tenancy agreements, property particulars, and brochures
* Handle incoming calls, relay messages, and follow up as needed
* Assist with coordinating viewings and related administrative tasks
* Manage scheduling and calendars for the Branch and Lettings Managers
* Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
* Maintain office supplies and ensure a professional environment
* Assist with tenant referencing, renewals, and lease management
* Perform other administrative duties as required
The Person:
* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Calm, professional, and approachable under pressure
* Strong communication skills with clients and team members
* Experience in sales, lettings, or property management is a plus
* Knowledge of the property market is beneficial but not essential
