Maintenance Operative (Part-Time 3 Days Per Week) We are seeking a motivated, reliable and hands-on Maintenance Operative to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). The successful candidate will support general maintenance, groundwork, and site operations, assisting with a range of practical duties to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role would suit someone with experience in maintenance, construction, groundwork, or general labouring who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Assist with general site duties, maintaining properties, grounds and equipment Operate light plant machinery as required Support the setup and preparation of work areas Ensure work areas are kept tidy, safe and organised Load and unload materials and equipment Follow health and safety procedures at all times Work effectively as part of a team or independently when required Requirements Clean driving licence CSR card Experience with light plant machinery Good time management and reliability Mini digger / dump truck experience desirable but not essential What We Offer £13.50 - £14.50 an hour, depending on experience Company van may be provided depending on experience and availability
