We are seeking an
HR Consultant based in Dundee, Perth or Tayside area
to join our expanding team of HR professionals. This permanent role will involve delivering a range of HR interim support, project work, training and advisory services across our diverse client portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a
minimum of three years' generalist HR experience and hold CIPD Level 7 accreditation
. A strong interest in, and demonstrable experience of, employee relations is essential.
The role will suit someone with a genuine interest in supporting organisations at every stage in their business cycle, as well as engaging and meeting with new business contacts. A driving license will be essential.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Supporting clients on a strategic and operational level, on site or virtually
* Delivering HR solutions across the employee lifecycle
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
* Collaborating with our HR team in the provision of project work to clients
