Front of House Roles – Part Time.

We are currently recruiting additional front-of-house support roles to join the team at. All roles are part-time, working Fridays and Saturdays (minimum).
Pay is based on experience.
Floor Assistant
No experience required — full training provided.
The role includes:
* Supporting main waiting staff during service
* Clearing and resetting tables to Pollino standards
* Cleaning and polishing cutlery and glassware
* Helping maintain a clean, well-presented dining area
Qualities we're looking for:
* Confident and comfortable in a busy restaurant environment
* Positive, hardworking, and reliable
* Strong team player
Minimum age: 16
Food Runner
Supporting kitchen-to-floor service.
The role includes:
* Delivering food from the kitchen to tables efficiently
* Working closely with chefs and waiting staff
* Maintaining service flow during busy periods
This role is ideal for someone who
* Is confident and physically capable
* Able to safely carry hot and heavy plates
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience preferred but not essential.
Drinks Runner
Supporting the bar and floor teams with drinks service.
The role includes:
* Delivering drinks to tables promptly and professionally
* Carrying drinks trays safely
* Opening and serving wine at the table
We're looking for someone who:
* Is confident and customer-focused
* Comfortable carrying drinks trays
* Any knowledge of drinks, especially wine, is a huge bonus (training available)
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
