Network Rail Department Manager Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure Divisions, Network Rail Department Manager job will be responsible for: Oversee contract profitability (P&L), monitor performance, and develop action plans to meet obligations and drive improvement. Define and deliver the business plan with clear, measurable objectives for the team and individuals, while leading, developing motivating Key Account Managers and support staff. Collaborate with Branch Managers to ensure exceptional customer service and manage key relationships for target adherence and growth. Ensure smooth contract mobilization and develop account growth strategies in partnership with customers. Act as the primary point of contact for senior client communication, representing branch interests and maximizing contract potential across the business. Network Rail Department Manager Requirements: Proven track record in service management within a comparable industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. A strategic business outlook for service in the lift and escalator industry with knowledge of our chosen markets an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commercial acumen in managing B2B relationships.
