**Kitchen Manager | £37,500 per year | Sunday - Thursday**
We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel, and eat. Our founders Florian and James opened our first store in summer 2021. Today, we operate five stores across London. At The Salad Project, our passion extends beyond the quality of our food; we are committed to nurturing our staff. We are seeking an exceptional manager to join our team.
**Role | Kitchen Manager**
* 45 hours per week | Sunday to Thursday
* Manage our dark kitchen in Acton
* Lead a team of Kitchen Hands
* Implement and improve kitchen processes
* Monitor and uphold hygiene standards to maintain a 5* rating
* Manage ordering, stock, and resolve stock issues
* Report to the General Manager and Operations Director

* Proficiency in quality food preparation
* Ability to manage a small team during service hours

**Experience Requirements | 1-3 Years**
* Experience in a busy professional kitchen or casual dining
* Management and team leadership experience
* Hygiene qualifications
* Dark kitchen experience is a plus but not essential
**Compensation | £32,500 per annum**
