IT Support Team Lead We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Team lead on a permanent basis for an organisation based in Eastleigh. You’ll be joining a well-established and diverse organisation on a hybrid basis. The role You will be experienced across varying levels of IT Support, with the ambition to want to lead and manage a team of junior 1st Line Support staff. You must have experience in an IT Support environment and understanding of best practices. As the IT Support Team lead, you will be supporting the troubleshooting and resolution of 1st line technical issues, hardware and application support queries and requests. You will be managing and supporting those in 1st line positions, so someone with great interpersonal skills and someone with a ‘can do’ attitude will be successful in this position.
