We are now looking to recruit a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, compliance and presentation of our premises across the business. The Role This is a mobile, multi-site role responsible for the general upkeep and repair of our properties. You will ensure our facilities remain safe, compliant and maintained to the high standards expected by our manufacturer partners, customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across all company locations General building maintenance including basic plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating, and minor electrical works Completing routine site inspections and reporting any defects or health and safety concerns Maintaining high standards of internal and external presentation Supporting statutory and compliance checks Liaising with approved contractors for specialist repairs and projects Assisting with signage, fixtures, fittings and internal moves Responding promptly to maintenance requests from departments and site management About You Previous experience in a facilities, maintenance or general building role Multi-skilled with a good all-round knowledge of property maintenance Able to work independently and manage your own workload effectively Full UK driving licence (essential) Proactive, reliable and takes pride in delivering high-quality work Flexible and willing to travel between our sites What We Offer Full-time, permanent position Company vehicle and tools provided Competitive salary dependent on experience Contributory workplace pension scheme Staff discounts Excellent working conditions within a professional and supportive business To apply, please submit your CV or go to our careers page.
