Role Overview This hands-on role is essential to supporting day-to-day production activities and ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing workflows. You’ll be involved in assembly, inspection, testing, and documentation tasks, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Key Responsibilities * Assist in the execution of production and assembly tasks in alignment with defined processes and work instructions. * Carry out build, inspection, and testing activities during various stages of product manufacture. * Follow detailed production procedures to meet output and quality targets. * Support inspection of electronic assemblies to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. * Accurately maintain documentation and records to support full traceability across production batches. * Contribute to a continuous improvement culture by identifying and supporting process enhancements. * Work in accordance with quality management systems and ensure compliance with all relevant safety and operational standards.
