From basic plumbing and fabric repairs to planned maintenance and inspections, you'll play a key part in keeping this unique site operating at its best.No two days are the same. You'll work across multiple buildings, respond to maintenance requests, and support wider estate operations as part of a friendly, diverse and highly supportive team.What You'll Be DoingCarrying out building maintenance, basic plumbing, fabric repairs and general upkeepCompleting inspections, preventative maintenance and safety checksFollowing Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments and safe systems of workLiaising with contractors, tenants and site users to support smooth site deliveryUsing IT and paper‑based systems to record work and inspectionsParticipating in the on‑call rota when requiredWhat We're Looking ForKnowledge & ExperienceLevel 3 qualification (e.g., City & Guilds) in a relevant trade, or equivalent experienceMulti‑trade skills and confidence using a wide range of tools and equipmentStrong understanding of Health & Safety (COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments, safe systems of work)Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in higher‑risk environments with appropriate trainingExcellent communication skills and experience engaging with customers or stakeholdersFull UK driving licence (essential)Why Join Landmarc?At Landmarc, people come first.
