6. Working closely with the wider IT team, including overseeing one apprentice.
7. Liaising with academic staff and senior leadership to stay updated on IT-related changes.
8. Overseeing the rollout of IT projects across the school, with support from Local Authority IT services.

* Experience using Google Workspace, school MIS systems, and server administration.
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to empathize with non-technical users.
* Knowledge of data protection requirements and cybersecurity policies.
* Highly organized and proactive.
* An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.

This includes 28 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with an additional 2 days after 5 years of service, and a local government pension scheme. Additionally, you'll have access to employee schemes such as cycle-to-work, wellbeing programs, gym memberships, and health plans.
