Project Manager – High-End Residential (RC Frame)
Location: St Albans
Salary: Up to £90,000 + package
We are working in partnership with a well-established main contractor to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-quality residential developments in St Albans.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work, taking ownership of a flagship high-end residential scheme and playing a key role in future projects.
The Role
You will initially take responsibility for overseeing the closing stages of a live development, ensuring a smooth and high-quality completion. Following this, you will transition into leading a new scheme, managing the project from design and pre-construction through to delivery and handover (circa £10m).
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the successful delivery of residential projects from pre-construction through to completion
* Oversee programme, budget, and quality to ensure project objectives are met
* Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants
* Drive programme and manage key milestones across both schemes
* Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are maintained
* Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within a main contracting environment
* Essential experience working on RC frame projects
* Ability to manage projects through both delivery and pre-construction phases
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
