We are looking for a Mainframe SME with experience in leading design thinking sessions and architecture workshops.
Required Candidate:
* Strong Mainframe professional with 12+ years of experience
* Expertise in z/OS, COBOL, JCL, CICS, IMS, and DB2
* Experience as an SME, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Mainframe Consultant
* Ability to lead design thinking sessions and architecture workshops
* Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, testing, release management, and production support
* Experience assessing and improving client delivery processes
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Able to work with business teams, developers, testers, and leadership
* Banking, financial services, insurance, or enterprise-scale project experience would be valuable
