You’ll be working closely with directors and senior stakeholders across the business, gaining exposure to a wide range of legal and operational matters. It would suit someone ready to make that first move in-house or someone already in a regulated environment looking for broader experience within a global business.

* Support internal licensing processes and assist with regulatory applications and renewals
* Contribute to strategic projects and internal initiatives from a legal perspective
* Liaise with external counsel where required and manage legal input into cross-border matters
* Proactively identify legal risks and opportunities, offering mitigation strategies and solutions
* Keep abreast of changes in relevant legislation and industry regulations, updating policies and stakeholders accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Lawyer with significant post-qualification experience, ideally in a commercial law firm or in-house legal team
* Corporate / funds law experience / prior in-house legal experience
* CGI and/or STEP qualifications are advantageous (full support for these qualifications will be provided, if you wish)
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
* Confidence in advising senior stakeholders and navigating cross-jurisdictional challenges
* A commercial mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
