Job Description
3. Define and execute a global IT and digital transformation strategy aligned with business and manufacturing objectives.
4. Lead enterprise-wide IT operations, including ERP, manufacturing systems (MES), infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
5. Drive digitalization across plants, supply chain, and corporate functions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
6. Partner with business, operations, and leadership teams to embed technology into core manufacturing processes.
7. Establish strong IT governance, data security, compliance, and risk management frameworks globally.
8. Evaluate, adopt, and scale emerging technologies such as Industry, automation, analytics, and IoT.
9. Manage global IT budgets, vendors, and resources to ensure cost efficiency and high service levels.
10. Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on technology trends and their impact on manufacturing competitiveness.
The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant will have:
11. 18+ years of experience in global IT leadership and digital transformation roles.
12. Strong experience leading IT strategy and operations within manufacturing or industrial environments.
13. Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-country IT programs and transformations.
