An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a leading global medical device manufacturer at the forefront of infusion technology. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Operations to lead cross-functional teams delivering sustaining solutions across an established portfolio of infusion products.
This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly support patient safety, regulatory compliance, product quality, and operational excellence.
The Role
As Project Manager – Operations, you will take full ownership of operations-focused projects, ensuring the seamless execution of end-to-end deliverables. Working across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions, you will drive initiatives that sustain and enhance current product lines.
You'll play a key role in ensuring products continue to meet stringent safety, compliance, delivery, and cost expectations in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own the execution and results of operations projects, delivering measurable outcomes.
Lead the development of fully integrated project plans, including:
Budget management
Resource planning
Risk management strategies
Make critical path activities visible to prevent delays and drive accountability.
Guide cross-functional teams in line with project charters and governance structures.
Ensure clear, transparent communication of progress, risks, and issues.
Lead structured risk management processes and facilitate effective problem-solving.
Escalate and resolve issues through appropriate governance channels.
Maintain meticulous project documentation and run efficient, outcome-focused meetings.
Support the continued manufacture of high-quality infusion products and spares in line with safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
About You
You are a structured, delivery-focused Project Manager with experience in regulated industries and a strong understanding of engineering or manufacturing environments.
Essential:
HND or Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years' experience in sustaining engineering or design/engineering support within a medium-volume manufacturing environment.
Experience within a medical device environment (ISO13485, ISO14971 & IEC60601) or similarly regulated industry.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects from initiation through verification of effectiveness.
