Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Evening and Weekend Care Professional to join our team in Portsmouth, United Kingdom. As a vital member of our care organization, you will provide essential support and companionship to our clients during evening and weekend hours.
* Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with clients
* Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide support for continence care when needed
* Help with morning and evening routines
* Perform light housekeeping duties, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing linens
* Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring food safety guidelines are followed
* Accompany clients to appointments, social events, or outings
* Stimulate and encourage clients through various activities and hobbies
* Assist with medication reminders as directed by the care plan
* Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
* Document and report any changes in client's condition or concerns to the appropriate supervisor
* Collaborate with other care team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care
