Job Requirements:
* Engineering degree – Preferably Electrical or Mechanical
* Experience in a design/project engineering role
* Experience in project progress reporting, presentations, and technical/scientific surveys
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, treatment, and design rules
* Involvement in RFQs and creation of technical documentation and presentations
* Experience with aerospace codes & requirements (Beneficial)
* Awareness of aerospace and interconnect product design (Beneficial)
* Working knowledge of CAD tools e.g., SolidWorks, Catia
Additional Responsibilities:
* Lead or support engineering development projects in line with company strategy
* Manage New Product Introduction using SAFRAN processes
* Define and respond to customer requirements
* Design and develop technical proposals and dossiers
* Report KPIs to engineering management
Project Management Duties:
* Define project objectives with relevant managers
* Create and manage work packages
* Support project reporting
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Establish and monitor project plans
* Incorporate lessons learned into process improvements
* Identify and manage risks
