Tower Hill Partnership requires a part time medical records summariser for 15 hours per week. Working days can be flexible.
New medical records received by the Practice either electronically or in Lloyd George format require checking to ensure that the previous practice has summarised the records correctly. The summary will be added to our EMIS Web system along with Docman 10 system for storage of written correspondence.

Tower Hill Partnership has 18,200 patients and we are based in Perry Barr, Birmingham.
We have a large workforce of over 60 employees which consists of GPs, Nursing Staff, Management, Admin Staff and Reception Staff.
