Our client is a well-established business that provide an engineer service to their clients, due to growth they require scheduling/planning team leader to join their team. The role will require booking planned works in 6 months in advance and ad hoc maintenance, repair and installation visits, the planning coordinator is also responsible for route planning, booking hotel accommodation. * Customer order logging onto CRM * Lead the team and implement a robust process for scheduling * Coordinate the most cost effective planning & scheduling and train the team to focus on this * Handle customer queries/requests * Respond to inbound & make outbound calls * Schedule reactive & planned works to meet customer SLA’s * Check engineer reports and process on to internal team to payment * Excellent customer service skills * Build relationships with clients and engineers
