SUEZ Tech Solutions, among other activities, specialises in the development, sale and execution of condition assessment services for water and wastewater networks. The teams in this activity contribute to a wide range of local services and professions — from the operation of plants and networks, to social and environmental engineering and customer relationship management. To support its growth in UK and internationally, SUEZ Tech Solutions is recruiting a Project Engineer – Network Studies and Condition Assessment.
What will I be doing?
1. Study and prepare network condition assessment projects.
2. Participate in on-site diagnostic operations (frequent travel required in the UK and abroad).
3. Produce inspection reports.
4. Equipment maintenance
5. Customer support
This is a full-time, hybrid working role – based in Pucklechurch, Bristol & working from home. Although frequent travel throughout the UK and occasional international travel will be necessary for projects.
What are the requirements?
6. You hold a higher education degree in engineering and have 2+ years field experience in the water and wastewater sectors.
7. You demonstrate versatility, excelling in both fieldwork and office-based tasks.
8. You possess a good understanding of hydraulics and are proficient in data processing and GIS tools such as QGIS, as well as data management tools like Excel, EPANET or similar hydraulic modeling tools.
9. You demonstrate strong writing skills, organisational abilities and can work efficiently within deadlines.
10. You are fluent in English at a professional level. Knowledge of French is also an advantage.
11. You are familiar with MS Office 365 environment and applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
12. You have a strong Health & Safety culture, as well as a recognised sense of organisation and precision, which enable you to succeed in your role.
