We’re working with our client to recruit a multi-skilled Maintenance Assistant to join their busy Facilities team in Chandler’s Ford. This is a varied, hands-on role covering planned/reactive maintenance, basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, landscaping, and general site upkeep.
đź’· Salary: ÂŁup to ÂŁ27 DOE / ÂŁ13.85 per hour
đź•’ Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
📍 Based in Chandler’s Ford with some travel between sites.
What you’ll need:
âś” Previous maintenance experience
âś” Good all-round skills (carpentry, plumbing, decorating, basic electrics/PAT)
âś” Strong Health & Safety awareness
âś” Ability to work independently and as part of a team
âś” Full UK driving licence (essential)
